Evolution
Crossbolt was formed in 2001 as a boutique consultancy specializing in systems consulting, application development and project management services with work primarily in the US for the first few years. While the initial focus was in the domain of manufacturing systems integration and process automation, the company subsequently narrowed the area of focus to being a specialty project management house and expanded the domain to include all areas of industry. Over the years, Crossbolt has been privileged to have delivered on corporate technology programs in Africa, North America, Asia and Australia. These programs have included everything from smaller R&D type initiatives to multi-year global platform replacement initiatives with dedicated team sizes in the hundreds and capital commitments up to 100 million USD.
